Welcome to the world of Sketchup Packets, a thriving creative community nestled in the film and theatre scene of Arizona. In 2022, Amar Camisi, inspired by his improv experiences at The Bridge Improv Theater, envisioned merging his improv community with his love for film to craft a collection of sketches. In July of that year, Camisi assembled writers, actors, and industry peers for a script workshop. During this session, writers submitted their scripts for the community’s consideration. Following a review process and the application of constructive feedback, the community collectively decided which scripts would make it into the sketch pack. Once scripts were selected as either a main sketch or a bumper, Camisi with the assistance of fellow Executive Producers Monique Iniguez, Scott Robert, and Mike Bohm set out to plan the production of three bumpers and four main sketches. From January through October of 2023, the team was able to successfully plan and produce seven productions resulting in Sketchup Packets.
